As a GST Suvidha Center franchise owner following vertices offers loan application and approval on behave of certain financial service provider or banks .

Commission Bases Loan

  • Minimum 5,000 to maximum 5 crore of loan can be given under personal loan.
  • If a customer have applied for 10 lakhs rs personal loan and his loan is approved
    Then after loan disbursement, 1% to 2% commission will be given to the owner.
  • It is depend on the loan type (NBSC and quantity).
    NBSC – National Banking and Securities Commission.

Home loan is the Capital provided from a financial institution or bank to purchase a house. It plays an important role in helping one with easy availability of their dream home. The interest rates for home loans can be fixed or floating, depending on the needs of the borrower.

  • Completed Loan Application.
  • Proof of Identification: Driving license, Ration card, Passport.
  • Proof of Age: PAN card. Birth certificate.
  • Address Proof: Bank passbook or Bank account statement. Voter’s ID.
  • Income Documents: Salaried individual

Government Approved Loans (Mudra Loan)

  • Mudra loan service charges are 305 Rs.
  • Owner will get 50% commission on it. I.E. 150 Rs (approx)
  • If owner have only 2 customers in a day for Mudra loan And we are considering only 50 customers in a months then 150 x 50 = 7,500 Rs (monthly income).
  • Mudra loan holder must have balance sheet, ITR of 2 years and project report.
  • For balance sheet and ITR we are considering only 1000 rs commission then owner Have 1000 x 50 = 50,000 Rs……..(monthly income) 
  • And if loan is approved then GST number registration, return filling and Accounting services are must and hence owner can have extra 5,000 rs
    Commission per customer.
  • If loan is not approved then we can suggest personal loan to the customers.

CHECK LIST: (Document(s) to be submitted along with the application)

1) Proof of identity – Self certified copy of Voter’s ID card / Driving License / PAN Card / Aadhar Card/Passport/Photo IDs issued by Govt. authority etc.

2) Proof of Residence – Recent telephone bill/ electricity bill/ property tax receipt (not older than 2 months)/ Voter’s ID card/ Aadhar Card/ Passport
of Individual/ Proprietor/ Partners/Bank passbook or latest account statement duly attested by Bank officials/ Domicile certificate/certificate
issued by Govt. authority / Local panchayat / Municipality etc.

3) Applicant’s Recent Photograph (2 copies) not older than 6 months.

4) Quotation of Machinery/ other items to be purchased.

5) Name of supplier/ details of machinery/ price of machinery and/or items to be purchased.

6) Proof of Identity/ Address of the Business Enterprise -Copies of relevant licenses/registration certificates/other documents pertaining to the
ownership, identity and address of business unit, if any

7) Proof of category like SC / ST / OBC / Minority etc.

3) Proof of SC / ST / OBC / Minority.

4) Proof of Identity/Address of the Business Enterprise -Copies of relevant licenses/registration certificates/
other documents pertaining to the ownership, identity and address of business unit.

5) Applicant should not be defaulter in any Bank/Financial institution.

6) Statement of accounts (for the last six months), from the existing banker, if any.

7) Last two years balance sheets of the units along with income tax/sale tax return etc. (Applicable for all
cases from Rs.2 Lacs and above).

8) Projected balance sheets for one year in case of working capital limits and for the period of the loan in case
of term loan (Applicable for all cases from Rs.2 Lacs and above).

9) Sales achieved during the current financial year up to the date of submission of application.

10)Project report (for the proposed project) containing details of technical & economic viability.

11) Memorandum and articles of association of the company/Partnership Deed of Partners etc.

12)In absence of third party guarantee, Asset & Liability statement from the borrower including Directors& Partners
may be sought to know the net-worth.

13)Photos (two copies) of Proprietor/ Partners/ Directors.
